Friendly phone staff and easy to get a person to talk to.
General Comments
It took 3 months to transfer an ISA from RBS to Birmingham Midshires. (My husbands was transferred in one week). This may have been the fault of RBS but it would have been useful if B'ham Mid had kept an eye on the transfer so that I did not have to keep phoning to check that the transfer was happening. They are also slow at confirming that our Isas have been set up.
