Vehicle nice and clean and ready BEFORE booked time, easy to locate office within airport terminal then get to pick-up point to collect and return vehicle.
Bad Points
Could have done with being shown the different controls as vehicle not a model I' e driven before and has, to me, a peculiar central locking system
General Comments
Multi lingual staff helpful, pick-up and drop-off done speedily, also in explaining central locking system when I contacted them. Vehicle well maintained. Booking also speedily arranged and at short notice, i.e. night before going on holiday at a peak period, late July,2008. With all confirmations/reference numbers being received in time.
