Good Points

NONE, well only 1 small point, the nice gentleman who arranged for someone from another company to come and assist.


General Comments

Never ever again, I am taking a loss of money by getting out from the policy with them and having read the reviews on this site I am going with Europ-assistance. 2 of the recovery drivers sent to help my wife when our car had a punture had no idea how to get the spare wheel out of our Renault Modus. The first one damaged the release handle when he hit it with a tyre lever.
