Sharpness and quality of pictures; allows magnific low-light pictures; good default settings; easy, very easy to use.
Bad Points
Nothing that really bothered me but: lack of Live-View and only 3 AF points.
General Comments
The Nikon D60 is a very easy camera to use at the very beginning, I had some experience with film-SLR cameras and I found this one very comfortable with displays, settings and the like. Though you can start taking pictures (nice pictures) just after taking the camera from the box, there is a huge room for exploration (and I mean with the standard kit).
