Good Points

Hotel Britannia Excelsior, Cadenabbia, with Shearings. We travelled by coach ferry tgv and were looked after by friendly caring staff. Each part of our journey was enjoyable experience. Hotel- the staff at the hotel was superb. Facilities were good. Food plentiful. The rep was helpful and well knowledgeable.


Bad Points

The cooked breakfast was however the only downfall but the other meals and menu for rest of the day made up for it.


General Comments

This will be our 4th return to the Hotel Britannia Excelsior with Shearings. I am 50 and my husband is 54. We went all inclusive and every lunch time we had a packed lunch made for us at the hotel and every day of our 2 weeks at the resort we had a picnic in a different magnificent setting every day. It was like being in heaven. there are lots of places to visit and stunning villas and gardens.
