Bad Points

The online download took multiple attempts, the install was even worse and really full of glitches. Nero support was of no assist even with multiple emails back and forth generating confusing suggestions. Once installed the really maddening Nightmare begins with trying to understand and navigate the confusing maze of applications each with a "goofy name that fails to approach any logical understanding of what it is supposed to accomplish.


General Comments

I wish I had really had a full trial period with this upgrade of Nero 8 Ultra Edition. I would have looked at other companies for a more logical and friendly user product. Actually it has only a three week 'misadventure' and I am still not sure that the plug-in I ordered with the original software download is actually present. I have yet to understand what-does-what and how-to-do-various program activities thus really don't know if this software actually does provide a way to download my mp3 player. Somehow someway I am not sure I will even wade through the 'on line manual' as the printing of it is also a total waste of paper. I would advise everyone to stay away from this product.
