Good Points

The location was good and so was the weather.


Bad Points

The pool was very small. The rooms were basic and small, the overall cleanliness was appalling as our beds only got changed once in two weeks. The noise was very loud from the bar, music and went on every night until about four in the morning. The drinks were very expensive compared with the other adjoining apartments.


General Comments

I can describe the Filia with three words-- HOLIDAY FROM HELL. Yes we got a great welcome but once we complained and changed rooms, because of the loud music till 4 in the morning, he didn't bother even speaking with us. The room was very basic, 1 toilet roll for two people for two weeks. The beds were only changed once in two weeks. The bathroom was never cleaned the whole time we were there. The shower head had a mind of it's own as it squirted everywhere. The worktops or sink was not cleaned the entire holiday. The bin was only emptied once. The air conditioning and safe box was very expensive so beware for hidden costs. The banging of doors was continuous all night, we even had people playing football inside at all hours. Unless you are prepared to sit all night buying booze at the pool bar do not stay here as you will not be made to feel welcome. When we were there this year on 15/07 until 29/07 lots of people were complaining to the rep about the noise and cleanliness. This is our first and last holiday to Greece.
