General Comments
My phone does not work about 2 to 3 hours a day and it is consistent since the day 1.
The problem has never been fixed.
The phone quality is terrible. I could'nt even call some number in my own are code !!!
I decided to cancel the phone : they never get back to me regarding how to return the equipment for refund etc ... Actually they never return emails or phone calls. Actually don't even try to call their 1888, nobody ever answer the phone : it's simply a scam. I signed a 1 year contract with them and never got the refund for the remaining of the 11 months.
This is a company to void at all cost.
