Good Points

Tempted by the half price premiums which in retrospect I shouldnt have been!


Bad Points

My 7 month old puppy needed extensive investigations of her urinary tract at the begining of June which cost me £500. I still havent been re imbursed. I enquired by phone to be informed that they have a backlog of claims and should expect to hear in the next six weeks.


General Comments

Very disappointed in the very slow response to my claim. I will be changing insurers if and when they pay out.
