General Comments

I ordered goods from Toys R Us and paid via internet on 14/07/08, these goods were undelivered and I am still awaiting a refund (01/08/08). Toys R us has not contacted me by telephone yet despite numerous requests. My order was supposed to be delived by DHL and I received no calling card, explaining they had tried to deliver and despite being at home all day when they apparently tried to deliver. When this was queried my goods somehow got damaged and was returned back to their warehouse. If I did not contact toys r us, I would not have known about the attempted delivery or the goods being returned to their warehouse.

I thought Toys R Us were very unprofessional on this occasion, they did not seem to chase up my queries and I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I feel that Toys R Us should value their customers and perhaps employ a team of professional employees to assist customers whatever their query might be.
