Inexpensive, on-time, no lost baggage, moderately friendly, no extra baggage fees, professional.
Bad Points
Same as other discount airlines, long lines, cattle style entry.
General Comments
I would definitely use them again. They provided the service I expected, they got me from Bologna to Krakow (and my family of five, on 22.07.08) for very little expense or hassle. My baggage arrived in good condition. As a subsidiary of LOT, I would imagine they have more professional support.
