Good Points

Local store (Stockport) well stocked, staff always very helpful and knowledgeable.


Bad Points

I think it sounds like the on-line department needs a shake-up to avoid any further problems and poor reputation.


General Comments

All goods purchased are extremely good value especially with the loyalty card. Mens and womens walking trousers, microfleeces, poles have all been excellent quality.
