Good Points

So friendly when buying the car.


Bad Points

Once you sign they just don't care. A quote from the salesman "what do you expect its a used car" well what can I say.


General Comments

I purchased a Vauxhall from Arnold Clark Seafield east in Edinburgh and I was promised the world with this car. When I went for the car it was delivered to me soaking wet, which makes it difficult to see any scratches on the car (so if your car is wet ask them too get it dried so you can inspect it). I have become so stressed with this company I have shed tears and have not driven the car. Do not phone customer services because they are worse again.
