I have no bad points about the hotel. Been coming since the hotel was built but the sad thing is we wont be coming back next year because the prices have went up by a thousand pounds. It's very sad I don't think there will be many people returning next year. The entertainers in the hotel are fab. Our kids and ourselves thought they were great, keep up the good work
