Friendly on the phone when telling you that they cannot help you.


Bad Points

Wont give me access to my own money!


General Comments

Moved a large amount via internet so Lloyds TSB blocked my account. No phone call and were then unable to get me through to the department that could reinstate it. Was on the phone for an hour. Am closing my accounts.
