I quit smoking 8 months ago and feel fantastic I did'nt think i could or even wanted to quit but thought oh i will just read the book because my friend did.

I am so happy to be a non smoker and the thing is I know that i will never smoke again i have never been able to say this before i am just so happy. Read the Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking book you have nothing to loose you smoke while your reading it so you have nothing to worry about please just read it even if im proved wrong just try it ..
