Quick and easy to use. Easy to clean. makes very good coffee and keeps it at the right temperture
Bad Points
Did not realse that the machine has a built in water filter which needs expensive refills.If you remove the filter housing from the cold fill container the measurement/cups guides are inaccurate. A small point but rather annoying.
General Comments
Overall I am very satisfied with the unit
