Good Points

Fast decision making in giving me credit. Phoned to keep me constantly updated on what was going on.


Bad Points

Nice on phone but once I got to Manchester showroom different matter. Showed me three cars none of which matched the description to what I wanted. 3rd one had a price of £8995. My credit limit id been given was just under £6000. I queried how this car was an option and was told to "ignore the price as different prices for different customers depending on credit rating". How can a car be £3000 cheaper to one person and £3000 dearer to another?


General Comments

Bad feeling when I walked in the showroom as only 3 cars on show then only another 10 on the forecourt. Sales woman didn ' t want to look at the other showrooms for me to see if they had a car I'd like, and when they realised I didn ' t like the ones shown to me sales woman walked off and sent the manager out to see me. He quickly said goodbye once realising the same. There surely must be better places for people with bad credit history to go. I ' m trying Welcome Finance via recommendation! Would rather walk than get a car from these people!
