Security online, even though joint signatures, issuing new card readers delayed, wrong card sent 2 readers arrived and it was a complete disaster.
General Comments
Like many other comments, RBS started off really well. The Business Manager was very helpful and all seemed to be going well in the first 3 years of contact. Banks are supposed to be supporting SME's. That has not been my experience. Hinder or selling things we don't need more like!
