Bad Points

Everything in the Fulham Branch in my opinion,
Kingston Branch no better
I feel I experienced poor customer service
I received damaged products
Experienced apparent apathy from staff
I was informed they have had a leak in their warehouse that's why stuff is damaged, but I don't see why they would they deliver damaged products to me as their customer


General Comments

Here's just a sample of a long list of bad points of Magnet Kitchens that I experienced. Completely gave up with the Fulham branch, moved on to the Kingston one, cannot think of one positive thing to say about them, I thought their customer service was disappointing, 75% of the kitchen looked damaged, doors chipped, wrong doors delivered etc etc
Rang through to customer service with complaint regarding delivery of kitchen and attitude of staff at 4.45 pm on a friday, nobody answered the phone when I called and maintained there is a problem with the line. That has happened to me many times when I have phoned in the afternoon. I have had better customer service from the staff in a £1 shop
