Great location near to the lovely sandy beaches at Studland; most of the campsite is set in woodland but when busy a large open field is used. Facilities are perfectly adequate and but not tip top standard - this adds to the attraction of the place, it is completely unpretentious. There is a good pub at Studland serving a good range of food for adults and children and with a huge garden. Beach cafes at Studland are good for the day. Lots of activities in the vicinity. Bookings not taken outside of August bank holiday so turn up fairly early. We went on the August bank holiday, along with the rest of London, consequently the field was full and it was pretty noisy. Overall, highly recommended for a family holiday site.
