Bad Points
I live in Queens NY.
There is lots of dropped calls. I have bad signal in the house where I have to go to the window to get signal.

General Comments
Lowest dropped calls I don't think so!! I have had this service for 6 months now and I have had 8 dropped calls already while when I had sprint I had only 3 dropped calls in 6 years!! Sprint is cheaper too!!!
