Customer Service
First ordered a bed frame from MFI in February 2008 - finally got it delivered in May after many unsuccessful delivery attempts including them trying to deliver only half of the frame. When the whole frame finally arrived it was not the frame I wanted. I think their customer service seems non existent. I wrote a letter of complaint and have just received a call from MFI but they seemed extremely defensive and patronising to me. I will never step foot in their door again!
