Good product designs
I experienced very poor customer service.
Bought approx £500 worth of accessories from Bathstore in March this year. When delivered the van driver drove on to my (brand new) lawn and got his van stuck. In trying to become 'unstuck' he revved his engine and succeeded in creating two large holes in the lawn, approximately 2 feet long and 9 inches deep. Despite having sent photos of the damage and having confirmed the incident with my neighbour, Bathstore are still denying liability. I am waiting to hear back from them but my next step will be to escalate this to Head Office. I wouldn't mind so much but all I'm asking for is refund of the £30 delivery fee! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
