Good Points

Only 3 days of set meal plans, and the rest of the week you can just eat the healthy food you like. It is very easy to follow and I only felt hungry once, in the 3 days.


Bad Points

Only drinking water. And coffee without any sweetner or milk tastes rank! But I got used to it.


General Comments

I stuck to the British Heart Foundation diet, and found it to be a very safe diet. It worked better than the South Beach diet, which made me very ill after.
I Lost 4lb in the 1st 2 days, it was unbelievable! I put on 10lbs after a 3week cruise, and just could not shift it until doing this diet. after week one I have lost 7lb! Wow and I am not a big person either, so this diet really works for everyone.
