Bad Points

Not the speediest, a bit noisy. Ink not all that cheap, probably average in running costs. The colour ink is in one cartridge so may not be very economical.


General Comments

It was my first printer/copier and for the 4/5 years I had it I had no problems, it was a good workhorse. Reliable, reasonably priced, ok if you want a basic printer/copier for home or small office use, though don't expect any complicated extras, it is a printer/scanner. Epson send lots of little things to help you, e.g.templates. The manual is easy and short. Customer service is very good. The machine is easy to use with a clear panel and controls, and it's easy to load cartridges.
