General Comments

I experienced poor customer service - Took two weeks to respond to email. Support email address appears not to work, telephone staff seemed rude to me.

High Charge for delivery considering minimum wait is 7 days!

I don't think that the prices are even the cheapest on the web (try millets instead).

Website has no stock checking system so I ordered goods only to be told they were out of stock 3 days later.
