This is such an exceptional product. It allows you to see so much information while you are busy with the client online. As an administrator I cant see how I would run my site without it.
The $99 per month. Actually this is not a bad price but for someone living in South Africa Rand Dollar exchange rate kills you. So in our terms it is extremely expensive.
Other than the price I cant imagine any site functioning without it. If you provide a service to the customers on the web then surely you will only provide a better service with LivePerson.com
It is probably the best trial I have seen to date on any package, Not crippled in any way. The time given to try out the software is adequate to test it out.
I was running a competition on my site at the time of trial, and it allowed me just so much more interaction with the clients which I am assured just made the competition more of a success. Chatting live with your customers online must be the most amazing thing ever.
