Bad Points

Logging in is confusing, When it is possible.


General Comments

Have been unable to log on for several weeks. Cbank say it is a problem with my ISP (AOL). AOL have suggested I log on using another server, Internet Explorer. This worked once and I now seem to be unable to log on at all. What is going on here?
Using the cbonline address simply gives a list of other banks and offers of loans. I have had to resort to using telephone banking or paying bills at a branch, so much for modern technology. A very dissatisfied customer and I would not recommend the service to anyone.
