Item was not received. No answer to phone calls, emails or letters as of yet.


General Comments

I ordered a cycle pump in mid-June and they debited my card the same day. I heard nothing for a few days, so I tried calling them to see if the order was being processed, but I couldn't get through whenever I called. I also tried emails but have not received any reply to my inbox yet. I sent them a letter asking for a refund, but I haven't received a reply to date. I subsequently contacted my card provider and asked them to charge back the transaction - I have now received a refund (at the end of July).
