Good Points

Delivered first item well within delivery time.


Bad Points

Delivered second item (connected) well outside delivery time.
Dimensions quoted in catalogue were not accurate (by 100mm)


General Comments

Bad Points more than negated Good Points, in fact had the first item been delivered with the same ineptitude as the second I would have been mildly annoyed but not out of pocket as I am now.
All communication was initiated by me (I even had to request confirmation of my order!)
My overall impression was one of a company with complete indifference to customer service.
I will never deal with company again and advise all to beware.
