I bought this to use in a small home office. It only (just) shreds one sheet at a time and struggles with envelopes. When it jams it can take ages to unblock. It finally broke on me today despite constant oiling, when the plastic teeth above the cogs shattered and jammed inside it. Its going straight in the bin! I've only used it 3 or 4 times!
