A few bad points which make this a poor machine in my opinion.


General Comments

I find my Krups XP4020 is noisy - leaks - very poor mat producing creamy frothy milk. No warning when out of water. Switching from Steam mode to coffee mode producers alarming amount of noise and steam! Not recommended
