The Lee Enfield 303 is really fun to shoot, I use mine on rabbits and pigeons in the garden every day. Very green, no problem with the bodies - can't find them, splattered all over the place, atomised. there was something red on the fence once, but nothing more.
Unfortunately, you need a Firearms Certificate to buy one, ammunition a bit pricey, the noise can sometimes upset the neighbours.
Though some may say they're a bit excessive in urban situations a Lee Enfield 303 with a good scope is a serious contender when it comes to rabbit and pigeon control in the average garden. Don't mess about with an airgun, buy one!
