ordered fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers which were all deliverd on the day specified, plus we were given a number to phone 48 hours before to confirm an am or pm time slot, ours were delivered within our allocated time slot by 2 very pleasant men who carried it all upstairs for us. We had our wardrobes built and fitted by a joiner friend but we assembled the chests of drawers ourselves which was fairly easy. overall the quality is amazing, MFI have really improved over last few years, the thickness of the cabinets is excellent and all drawers are now on metal runners. Would definitley buy from them again.
