The good points were the return car and full policy. The bad points, The car needed a service (spanner sign constantly on on the dashboard) and the alternator bearing was going so the car made a constant whine. This problem was from the start of the rental (so not a new development). Request for a replacement car was turned down as they were sold out. We saved a bit by using Econorent but not enough to make up for the constant whine. The car should not have been sent out like this. We won't use them again.
