Didn't receive the Sat Nav we ordered.
Never answered phone when I called or responded to emails.
Seemingly rude and unhelpful customer service.

General Comments
Having waited for a week for our sat nav from Pentagon GPS to be delivered we finally lost patience and tried to track it down. We found out that someone had signed for it (despite the fact we were both in on the day it was delivered) and Pentagon had debited the money from our account. Numerous emails and phone calls were not replied to and the one time we got through we received seemingly rude treatment and passing of the buck. Anyway we are still minus a Sat Nav and £100 out of pocket.
