Yet to find out. I would love to say value for money but as I am yet to receive my kitchen I have not got anything for my money yet. Some staff were very sympathetic.
Bad Points
Customer service. Delivery system. Some staff. Impossible to speak to a manager. The call back system they use can take days.
General Comments
When I ordered my kitchen from Ikea I was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. The 2 weeks soon turned into 8 weeks. Once I had a delivery date booked I started to dismantle my old kitchen the week before the delivery was due. 5 days before the delivery date I got a phone call from Ikea to inform me that my delivery had been cancelled. The reason for this was because one item had been delayed (the microwave). Eventually they agreed to separated the orders so the microwave could be delivered on a separate date. However by this time my original delivery had been filled. Over 30 phone calls to Ikea I actually struggled to speak to anyone who could help. Currently I do not have an oven or running water in my kitchen and still have to pay my kitchen fitter £750 as well as forking out for meals out as I cannot cook at home. My total expense so far is nearly as much as the kitchen. I have written a letter to the head of UK operations and am awaiting a reply.
