I was able to make one successful clear call to Mexico.
Bad Points
However that one clear successful call I made was when my balance was close to zero. I then recharged my account and got the same poor service.
General Comments
I've attempted to make several calls with tel3 advantage and all the circuits appear to be busy. When it does connect I often cannot be heard over the phone. The sound breaks often and the call gets dropped often. They charged me for each attempt.
