Good Points

From what I have seen I am not sure, my daughter enjoyed it but found there were plenty of people trying to cheat you of your virtual goods in my opinion.


Bad Points

Poor security and online help I feel.


General Comments

My daughters account was hacked it seems and she lost her furniture and credits, she was very upset.
I sent an email to Habbo, they replied saying they were not responsible for user errors and that Habbo can not be hacked!
Their terms and conditions were also quoted stating they were not responsible and the problem was with my daughter or computer security.
I feel they were difficult to get help of and do not recommend Habbo Hotel due to this.
I found the attitude and service very unhelpful and certainly not helpful.
