Total Fitness is a great place for rehabilitation. Their 3 pools are excellent. Hydrotherapy is great for pain management and has saved me a fortune in physiotherapy bills. Good saunas, steam room etc too. Gym is spacious and never have to wait for machines. Staff friendly but not in your face. They do have to wait for people to come from England to fix Irish gyms. I still give them top marks though. Of all the gyms I've been a member of this is the only one I've renewed - I'm in my third year :) Great facilities, good mix of age groups and abilities. Nice atmosphere.
