Woolworths www.woolworths.co.uk Review

Placed an order on 22nd July for an exersise bike (online). Delivery date given in first email as Monday 28th. Waited in ALL day, nothing. Checked emails, surprise surprise a new email arrived from Woolworths saying TUESDAY 29th. Have waited in ALL day again....nothing. Apart from ANOTHER email sent this morning saying the order had been despatched and to allow a COUPLE OF DAYS! How vague is that? Phoned the Customer Services. Told me it was down to the couriers. Could you call them I asked? No, we don't know which couriers it is....Could you check? No. Could you PLEASE check? Well they can send an email but it will take two days! Woolworths debited my money on the 23 July. When I explained to customer services that this was apalling behaviour, all they said was, Well, we're sorry you feel like that but there is nothing we can do.
This is the first and definately the last order I will EVER place with Woolworths.
