Bought a new 08 plate Suzuki EN125-2A in june 2008 only had it a month now but never had any problems with it.
Gets up to 50 mph very quickly out accelerates my mates Yamaha DTR 125 off the line but lacks in power after that. Had it up to 75 mph at the limiter sitting up right with standard gearing.
Getting the carb up jetted, high flow air filter and new chain & sprocket set fitted (15 tooth front, 43 tooth rear) should be able to push it around 80/85 which will do nicely. Despite all the others saying get a two-stroke I think for value for money the EN125-2A is great little bargin. A lot of spares available on ebay not so well on uprated exhaust systems thou but standard exhausts are avaliable on ebay where a little man hours you can get the baffles out and welded back together and then re-chromed to look standard but sounds better and louder (also improving performance) as my mate found out when he did his.
