Absolutely none in my opinion!!

I thought the customer service was disgraceful.


General Comments

Why anyone would travel with Kuoni beats me!

We travelled with them and was left at the airport for over 2 hours waiting for a rep. We booked a 4* hotel and ended up in a 3* and their explanation for this was that they felt there was no difference in the standards! So why bother with grades!! I suffered terrible bites which the local doctor and hotel staff advised were from sandflies. When I contacted Kuoni on my return to inquire why we had not been given any warning of these dangerous invisible creatures, in their opinion I had been bitten by mosquitoes and suffered a reaction!! Medical experts as well. I complained to the hotel regarding the rooms not being cleaned and sheets changed regularly enough so from that day, sheets were changed. Kuoni say no complaint was made! They say they are not aware of any sandfly problem in that area.

Worst travel company I have ever come across. As a 'gesture of good will' they sent me a voucher to travel with them again!! That said it all to me. Sent it back. I'd rather pull my own teeth that travel with them.
