General Comments

My premium with Norwich Union home insurance increased over 100% in 3 years. They tried to blame computer error. £158 3 years ago, £326 now but cut to £210 - I have only had 3 claims in nearly 10 years. I was passed back and forward to different departmants time and time again nobody was very helpful.
