The staff were amazing on board the ship. The complete Thomson staff were fabulous also. The food was excellent in the Seven Seas Restaurant and also very good in the Lido Cafe and Grill Bar.
Bad Points
Should have requested an outside cabin although will know the next time we cruise. However this is not a really bad point.
General Comments
This was our first ever cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Our daughter loved everything about it, especially the girls in the KidsZone Club. She was in the Tribe Club and this was very well run. From the moment you stepped on board the Destiny you were treated so well. The staff always have a friendly smile and "hello" for you. The Entertainments Team were amazing and the shows they put on during the cruise were fabulous. Well done to one and all. The food is 24/7 and of good quality. The service in each and every one of the bars is second to none. We had the drinks package and we were pleased we had done this. The girls who cleaned the cabins were so pleasant and we loved coming back to our cabin at night after the entertainment and seeing our beds turned down - this was a lovely gesture. We visited Nice, Monaco, Monte Carlo and Rome and loved every one of them. All in all a great holiday and a great experience for our first ever cruise. WE WILL BE BACK.
