They just let me order, no customer service support, no confirmation email.


General Comments

I've ordered a phone for my business from www.o2.co.uk, it has been 3 weeks now and nothing has happened yet. Each time I call I experience rude customer service. They don't even seem to let me talk. I think they dont need any more customers.
I never experienced poor customer service like O2 before.
