General Comments

The interest rates on the Virgin Credit card seem extortionate and they have VERY poor customer service; after paying a large sum of my balance off, I was phoned up and asked "where did you get this money to pay off from sir?"! After which they said that "Due to your spending patterns we are reducing your limit to £500" (from £2000). What a really awful lender.
