fantastic brands and selection. staff go out of their way to help. Good overall shopping experience, everything you need and don't need!
Bad Points
No longer have a customer serveice dept. Would be easier to go to one place to find out info.
General Comments
Love to shop at House of Fraser, obviously undergoing a transformation in store just now. Can't wait till the refurb is finished. Will make shopping experience even better.
