Before the so called recent upgrade Excite was my number 1 email address - it was simple to use, simple to do attachments, and quick. The upgrade has destroyed its good points I feel.
Very slow to 'load'. Impossible to get rid of the diary and revert to an easy to use email system. Try finding an email address for complaining to Excite about the changes!
I am bitterly disappointed with the way Excite mail has gone in the last two months. It is so bad I am leaving after using it for ten years. I have switched to Yahoo where I can choose the simple to use 'classic' format. Exporting all my addresses from Excite proved easy once Excite recovered them (they lost them for about three weeks!).
